GREATER CLEVELAND DENTAL SOCIETY SERVICE CORPORATION

This For-profit subsidiary of The Greater Cleveland Dental Society was created to oversee physical properties owned by the Society, as well as to manage all non-dues revenue sources. Until recently GCDS owned their headquarters in Broadview Heights. This property was sold in late 2019 and the GCDS headquarters relocated to Independence. It also controls a long list of members' only benefits.
The governing body of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society Service Corporation is a 7 member Board of Directors.
